What is an Official Transcript

An official transcript is the SMFA's certified statement of your academic record. Your name appears on your transcript as it appears on your school record. Official transcripts include the school seal and the signature of the registrar.
 
Student academic records are classified as confidential and may be released only with the student's written authorization and signature, in accordance with the Public Information Act and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974.

If you need an unofficial transcript you can do so by printing out your Course History found on the 'My Schedule and Course History' page. 

How to request an Official Transcript

Transcripts may be ordered online, in person, or by mail to the Registrar's Office. 

The cost is:
 
      Official Transcript $5.00 per copy
      Unofficial Transcript $2.00 per copy
      Rush Fee $10 per copy
      Review Board Comments $15 per folder
