Please keep in mind:
- What will the reader of your email want to know: What, when, where, and why?
- Feel free to attach a poster image to your email.
- Add any links to event pages and your contact information.
- It can take up to 24 hours for an email to get forwarded to you. So please plan ahead.

Posters

If you would like to advertise a student club, event,  or any other "next best thing," you are free to put up posters at SMFA, if they are stamped and dated. You can get this stamp at the Student Affairs office during regular business hours. Posters that are not stamped or do not have a removal date set will be removed instantly.

Please keep in mind:
- Leave a reference copy
- Fill in the removal date
- Do not put up posters on the front doors, in the bathrooms, or on the orange Atrium wall.
