GALLERY ADMISSION
All SMFA students enjoy free admission to Museum Galleries with their valid SMFA student ID. Students should present their ID at the ticket desk at either the Huntington Avenue or Fenway entrance to receive an admission ticket.
FREE TICKET FOR PUBLIC PROGRAMS
When seats are available, SMFA students are welcome free of charge to film, concerts, and lectures at the Museum of Fine Arts (some exclusions apply, see below). Present your ID at the ticket desk or box office not more than 15 minutes prior to show time to receive one free ticket.
*Please note that complimentary tickets are NOT available for the following types of programs:
- Any event that is expected to sell out
- Shapiro Lectures
- Looking Together Courses
- Concerts, with the exception of the Boston Museum Trio
- Any film screening that is not regularly priced
- Any third party event, such as the Boston Jewish Film Festival
GUARANTEED SEATS
To guarantee a seat, you may purchase up to two discounted tickets in advance at the box office or any ticketing desk. You must show your valid School ID. The discount rate is 25% off the membership rate. All additional tickets purchased will be at the member rate.
SPECIAL PROGRAMS
Various lecture programs each season will have an allotted amount of seats available at no cost to students. These programs will be announced and tickets will be held in the President's Office.
